You should join. It'll be buckets of fun. What are the objects? - Well, no one knows for sure, do they? They're not just sitting around being admired. They're locked up. Only the people who found them/guard them know(; If you'd like to be one of those people, audition for the canon, yo. Where are we, exactly? - Well, kiddies. We're in something similar to Narnia. It's another world entirely. We've got humans, fairies, mermaids, vampires, werewolves, witches, genies and shapeshifters running around together as if it's completely normal. We're not exactly in the world as we know it, but cities look the same, clothing's the same, and we're advanced as far as technology goes. How is it a kingdom? There's no king... - Thanks for pointin' that out, sweetcheeks. No, we do not have kings and queens. The equivalents here are the leaders of each city. Adrigonn and Eloria are similar enough to actual "kingdoms" that I've taken the liberty of calling them as much. If you'd like to argue about this, feel freee. The castles are in cities? - Why, yes, yes they are. Everything in the city revolves around the castle, or, headquarters. We've given the future a little medieval twist. They're much the same as medieval castles. Huge, grand, made of stone, but technologically advanced...and in the hearts of cities...yes. Is there a better city? - Hmmmm. I don't think so. Eloria's a little cleaner, but that's about it. It really depends on your character's interests and morals. Do they want all that power, or do they want to leave things alone? It's up to you guys. How many leaders are there? Can I play one? - Eloria and Adrigonn have seven leaders each. You may audition for a position. It's not that hard to land one, but I need to make sure you're capable before I hand you a kingdom. PM me a roleplay sample. It's really that simple. Do I need to audition for anything else? - Not really, nope. We don't exactly have canons, they're just occupations. If you want your character to run his/her own business, okay it with me and I'll add it to the list and post in the thread if you want any of the other positions. Can I play a God? - NO. No, you cannot. You can, however, play any of the supernaturals in the handy dandy list. Playable Gods are just too complicated for my brain, and the site, to handle. Sorry, kids. Can my character visit Eloria/Adrigonn? - Of course they can. Granted, the leaders of your kingdom might be sort of pissy as you'll come across as a traitor...but suuuree. Try not to make it a daily commute, though. Kay? Can my character be a traitor? - They sure can be. I imagine they'd eventually get kicked out of their kingdom, though. Can my character be a spy? - Yessiree, bob. Make sure you tell me. It'll be considered an occupation. Is it the end of the world? It very well may be. Does it look like the world is ending? Depending on your character's location in the world, it could, in fact, look like shit. Things are sort of crappy right now. The war was declared very recently and people haven't gotten the chance to settle down in their new homes. It's up to you, though. Can my character fight in the war? Yes. Once we gather enough members, we'll have some site wide events such as battles and blah blah blah. You don't have to participate, but if your character is a soldier, it's a good idea to do so. |
